Our second project for CSU, Foundation Hall II was opened on the same guidelines: CSU wanted affordable student housing, fast, and with no capital outlay from the university. In 10 months, we gave them what they wanted—and helped them attract new students, generate revenue, and move their university one step closer to its future.
